In our city there is a similar underpass. There are height sensors and a bunch of flashing lights go off. And this is not on a truck route. In the videos you noticed that semis, buses and delivery trucks all use that route. First there should be signs indicating that no trucks can use this route. Then height sensors and flashing lights well before the bridge should be installed. Of course there will still be fools that hit the bridge but not as many.
