The jacks are working. They were not getting power through the starter switch even though the engine and everything else was working. I turned off the engine and when I restarted it, the power came on for the jacks. A thought came into mind, what if I used a light tester to jump one side of the fuse holder to the other side? Would that indicate power to a fuse location or cause a short?
