Presumably it's a class C, since it has the factory hood. In those years, the body of any vehicle may well have been built by a coach builder.
I very much doubt there is any gray water holding tank. There may well be a tank for fresh water.
Those arrow turn signal lights sure are elegant, even if they'd be hard to differentiate from a distance. And two more cylinders on the engine than my class C...it should make for a very smooth running engine.
