To both posts,@enbelthen and @GMandJM, the model number or serial number is 1554726 and it almost looks like an old fashioned water radiator heater in older houses. You can hear a click and then a blue flash but nothing else. I have looked everything up I can find for this and finally called a place called Grainger. The lady I spoke to sent me a copy of the manual but it only refers to the manufacturer detail. I tried looking it all up but, no luck. I wish someone was in my area and could take a look at it. I know everything else works but this. Thanks for replying.
