Econoline overheating update:
Cooling system pressure test
Replace upper and lower radiator hoses
Replace water pump by-pass hose
Coolant System Flush with Khameleon Antifreeze.
Radiator, thermostat, and sending unit checked out OK
I took it out on a test run on the freeway (about 100 miles), and the problem seems to be fixed.
