1989 Pace Arrow Water Heater
Hi Previous owner removed the water heater. Can anyone tell me what is the part number I need, is it gas or electric or both. Thanks.

Hot water heaters are pretty standard across the table, On the older MHs they were mainly gas,6 gal. in size.
There might be an option sheet affixed to a cabinet door, it might have the type, model number. Most likely an Atwood or a suburban. If it had an electric element;there should be a ac/gas switch near hot water heater switch inside, maybe on the range hood.
