I would go several years newer and longer so you get the RR8R chassis, dual pane windows, a single slide, and a Onan Quite diesel generator. Not sure this one meets all those requirements, but it's got to be fairly close to you. I'd watch this 98 Beaver and this 98 Dynastyto see how much they go for plus they meet the above requirements. Having owned a 98 Beaver I would lean towards the Dynasty because it does NOT have the air over hydraulic brakes.
