On my Allegro Bus access to the blower motor is at the kick panel for the passenger. There are about a half dozen screws to remove the panel and the blower sits right behind it. Really simple fix and I did mine a couple of years ago. I think the blower was a Chevy and it cost about $16.00 or so.
