The independent suspension front end on that chassis is problematic, but fixable.
The mid 90s Bounders were built well with decent materials.
You can only run one roof top A/C when plugged in to shore power. But both will run when on the generator.
That coach was delivered with a CCI 7719 LP detector that controls a solenoid valve to shut of the LP in case of a leak. It must be turned on for the propane appliances to work. The detector is located next to the floor in the galley.
Not trying to condemn any thing, just want to make you aware.

Running overloaded back then was a way of life. I hada 91 pace arrow with the same chassis. Just made sure the tires were pumped up good
