I did a complete brake job, fluid flush, hoses, turned rotors, etc (refer to original post). Since both front disk brakes were sticking at the same time (450 deg on both sides), it seems unlikely that both calipers decided to start malfunctioning at the same time; so focus has been on common control elements (linkage for now). 450 deg on both sides from a short 13 mile drive on beautiful/dry day at 70 deg temps seems very excessive (the brakes had to be dragging).
During reassy of the linkage, I noticed that the main linkage (gold piece) had about 1/8" of play. I realize this is not a tight tolerance interface (bushings I assume), but 1/8" seems excessive. Anyone ever disassemble this main linkage. There are 5 bolts on the black housing attached to the frame and 4 bolts on the gold mtg plate.
