I would probably look to your brake booster for the problem. I did a little research and found the booster may be the culprit. I would be very cautious about drilling holes and applying grease.
Are the brake pads wearing evenly? If not, and you have multiple pistons, then one piston may be dragging. However, if both rotors are hot, then I would look upstream, like your booster. At least that is what Mr. Google says.
