The only things I would be concerned about are the followings:
One of the seats does not have the same pattern as other... meaning it has been replaced???
Does not have the smell of a vehicle that has not been taken care of. That means this owner has not had it for very long or would know if they have taken good care of it.
With all the work that has been done to it sounds like someone has picked it up for next to nothing and worked on it to resale. On a vehicle with only 90,000 miles all that work shouldn't have been needed if it had been routinely cared for.
I would be very cautious about buying without previous inspection.
