^^^ Good advice. The only other thing I would add is on the Winnie check carefully around the windshield gasket, inside and out. They use steel tubing for the frame and it's not uncommon for those to rust out.

With that said, if you're heart set on one of those 2, I'd lean towards the Winnie, simply for the slide.

Also, what chassis is under each?
