He has been in building/factory maintenance for years and is pretty sharp, has owned a couple class C motorhomes before and keeps his own vehicles running but he is almost 82 years old. He is in very good shape for his age so I think his evaluation of the condition is pretty good, just wondering if the price seems in the ball park.
