They were an entry level MH and the older they get the more problem they will possible have. What frame is this one on and engine? Check the roof real good for possible leaks/soft spots along with around and below the windows on the inside. If the inside smell musty then walk away. Look closely at front and rear caps for stress or spider cracks.
