20# portable propane tank
Can I store 20# white standard propane tank for portable BBQ in the cargo bins in a class A? I do not have a connection on the on-board propane tank for BBQ.

Yes it can and is done by many. A better option is the Stay and Play PL adapter kit, which will allow tapping into the main LP tank. Many dealers carry the kit or it can be purchased online.
