Monaco bought up a bunch of 06 ISL engines and you could still find then in some MH's as late as 09.
What happened with the Alpine?
The guy hasn't got it ready to sell yet which kinda raises a red flag. Officially we're still waiting on him, but his ten days estimate has passed. Plan for the worst, hope for the best.
