2000 Damon Escaper DP
We're considering buying a 2000 Damon Escaper DP, up till now we have owned a couple of class A gassers. Can anyone offer pros & cons

We own a 2004 Escaper and are very happy with it. We have had it for 2-1/2 years and have put 17,000 miles one it. The first thing we did was change out the old sidewall cracked Michelin tires. We replaced them with Toyo's. The coach is on a Freightliner chassis and has a Cat 3126E engine.
We really love our coach. We have driven from Florida to New York twice. Our routes have taken us through the Blue Ridge mountains, Tennessee, West Virginia. We tow a 2004 Buick Rendezvous that weighs in at 4200 lbs. The 330 HP of the CAT has had no problems climbing the mountains.
If you are getting a good deal, go for it.
