The ISL probably has 1150 torque, 200 more than the ISC BUT the bigger difference is a 2001 Dynasty is a tag axle coach that handles well. It’s also much heavier than a 2000 non tag which is probably limited on the CCC... the reason they added the tag in 2001. It’s true that once you’ve had a tag you’ll never go back to a non tag coach.
