Norcold 1200LRIM is notorious for bad cooling unit and is very sensitive to proper leveling, although Norcold says if you can comfortably walk in the coach, the frig should be ok. I had one in my coach and the cooling unit failed twice.
Can you please give us more info on what EXACTLY your problem is? As Doug commented, there is no auto shut off. If the problem is important, take some time to describe the situation in detail. Then you will get more meaningful responses.
