When you state lost power. EXPLAIN that. What does it do you notice it has lost power. HOW do you get the power to come back on? IF the recall box has tripped, it will NOT reset itself. You will lose power until you manually reset it. There are 2 versions of the 1200 recall box wiring. OLDER wiring the complete power to the refer is shut down until you reset the recall box. Newer Recall installs you get a LI OP code on the inside LED panel and the refer will not function until the recall box is manually set. IF you have an older Norcold and the Technician installing the recall did NOT do it correctly----He did NOT remove the Thermal disc on the burner flue outer housing-- Then THAT disc may cause intermittent power fail. That disc must be removed when the recall kit is installed. Now, 1200 models have a 48 to 54 hour auto defrost cycle. IF the refer is left on continuously and never turned on and off in that 48 to 54 hour cycle, the refer will shut down for 2 hours every 48 to 54 hours to allow the evap fins to thaw out. Is this possible when you state it loses power occasionally? Doug
