I got a 08 Bounder 33ft (32W), Bounders are well built gas motorhome at low cost, the 8.1 will move it just fine, should also be able to tow up to 5000 lbs, mine has a Ford V-10 and does great, I tow a Jeep Wrangler, Bounders have dual pane windows and good interior, just find one that has been taken care of.
I to was looking for 05 Bounder and was not wanting to spend over $50,000 but the newer full body paints and upgraded interiors I decided on a 08, if you do go older than 06 make sure its the 8.1, the older Fords did not have the HP for a 36ft, the 06 and newer Fords have the HP and trans to get the job done.
$35,000 for a 05 Bounder 35E seems cheap, especially from a dealer, got to have issues or lots of miles, normal cost for that should be around $45,000+ good condition, check it out real good.
