2004 Allegro Bay 37DB

Hello everyone :) I'm looking into an RV that's for sale and wanted some insight. It's a 2004 Allegro Bay 37DB with 27k miles on it. They are asking 45k for it. I took a look at the outside today and I'll be looking inside on Sunday. My objective is to full time. The owner added a washer and dryer. I'm a little worried about the age of the RV. It looked great on the outside but I don't know much about RVs that age. Just wanting some advice on if it's worth it or if I should look for newer models. However I don't have a ton to spend which is why I liked the amount lol. Thanks for any help!!

    I suppose I'm just more concerned about its age. I want to travel quite a bit with it.

    Unless it was special ordered with lots of updates and extras, you don't add on things like A/C, generator. The price is the way it comes from the factory. Adding a washer adds $300, since it didn't come equipped with one.

    Be sure to check the baggage doors and see if they'll close independently or if they're hitting each other.

    The Nada shows retail on that unit to be $44,000 with low retail $36,500.
