It sounds like the same set up as my Coachmen. The outlet is directly above a four inch piece of abs that is curved and extends about 18"-2' and has a screw cap like a sewer clean out. My pipe swivels and I assume yours does or will with a little persuasion. The abs also has a sewer clean out cap on it which attached to the coach with a small cable so it doesn't get lost. If the cap is gone you can get them at Lowes, Home Depot etc.
back when I used a stinky slinky I bought those pieces from a dealer in elkhart and used a slightly longer horizontal piece of pipe to hold the slinky compressed.
