2004 Dutchmen Express F450 Value?

First post! I'm new to the world of RV's, and have been eyeballing various class c models trying to find one in my budget. Spotted a 68K mile Dutchmen Express, F450 V-10, one slide out, I think it's a 26ft model. I've not made an appointment to drive it yet but certainly from the outside looks very good. Price $22K. What do you think? I know it's a vague question because condition of all components is yet to be determined, but ball park?

    I bought 2006 E450 v10 Dutchmen express 29 foot 2 years ago for 21k, 32k miles. No slide if this helps. Good luck.

    Maybe a moderator will move you to the Class C forum. In the meantime used bike Supply the model year, if you have it. And try to pin down the exact model, as well. Then people can better comment on the body and the engine.
