The only other thing I can think of is a relay. I think most DSI models have a time delay relay which has something to do with fans running after the furnace is shut off, but you would need to look into that.
It wasn't out of propane but the propane was low (1/4) went i realized that the furnace not blowing hot air anymore and went ahead to shut it off from the thermostat and nothing happened.
I haven't tried pulling the fuse and put it back in to reset it, i'll do that tonight.
So you kindda agree, the relay is faulty? I can just get the relay and figure it out how to replace it.
Let me figure out which TDR works with my furnace...i'll report back later
