It is extremely rare for a Surge or Lightning to take out a Transfer box. IF you have NO 120, then the GFCI will reset. I have NEVER seen a GFCI fail and not work due to Lightning or Surges. What you need to do is verify 120 power at the Transfer Box. You also need to check ALL 120 appliances. Do any of them work? If NOT, then run an extension cord from your House and test each 120 appliance (TV-M/W-refer-AC units and such). IF NO operation, then take it to a RV service center and have them check it out. You will need THEIR professional opinion and est, because this may run into thousands of dollars and you will want to claim this on your Insurance. Doug
