Thinking of purchasing the above unit. Anything in particular I should be aware of or look for? Unit has 45000 miles and look great... What do you think would be a fair price Thanks Just lookin...

Ford chassis is a good one and by 2006 had nearly all the improvements of the very newest ones.
Jamboree seems to be a good coach.
Biggest single risk factor is water leaks. Pressure test advisable.
