The E450 towing specs are generic, for a cab and chassis, whether it's built as a flatbed truck, a box truck, an ambulance, motorhome, whatever. The caveats are that the GCWR is 20,000 pounds. So if your motorhome weighs 14000 then it can only tow (in theory) 6000. You also have to consider tongue weight- if you're already at 14K you've nothing for tongue weight. You also have to make sure your hitch can handle whatever you're towing.
So, while your motorhome can't tow 10,000 lbs., a flatbed or box truck built on the same chassis with enough hitch could easily tow that much as long as it was lightly loaded.
