When I found ours with 62k miles, I had my mechanic inspect the engine and mechanism thoroughly before I put any money down. I also had my rv repair guy check the roof too. I by-passed several newer MHs that had soft roofing from leaks and finally bought a 2000 year model instead of newer. Roof leaks cause mold and rot. Bad engines will cost you mega $ in repairs. Hope our experience is helpful.
