The miles aren't really a big concern but it sounds like it was used to live in for MONTHS at a time in Florida and possibly in Canada also. This means there was also a lot of use of the various systems, appliances, and furniture. Not quite the same as someone that took long trips for two weeks or so, to rack up the same mileage, but that means a lot less use of the interior components.
