2006 with High Mileage -- Good or Bad?

I don't see a problem at all with the miles. As long as it was maintained with oil/filter changes on time, the engine is barely broke in.
Our coach looks almost new with 68,500 miles as I take excellent care of it (and I'm not just saying that because it's mine).
Time and time again I will read here where a coach 5-10 yrs. old has very low mileage the mechanics that chime in say a diesel needs to be run. On the Nada website, it says if it's a diesel, don't enter the mileage (at least it used to).
