More miles and better care is a MUCH better scenario to me than low miles and sitting. Common use mitigates and identifies problems and things get fixed so they keep working. Sitting invites all sorts of problems and many go un-noticed until it's too late. I am not sure why there is this scary 50k + miles scenario on a MH. I think it's simply that most folks don't put many miles on them and are weekenders which drives the average miles down. They will certainly go much longer just like any other vehicle.
