- Jabrad_s_PapaExplorerI have an 06 Daybreak and it has been very good.Bought it brand new. It has had some problems, most I see here for other motorhomes regularly. I did have a hydraulic line blow. Had to replace the controller on the steps. Cruise control went out, fixed by Ford under warranty. Decals faded.
The 06 had a recall to tie the hydraulic lines away from the engine block. They where rubbing and the heat melted them. Worth crawling under to check this.
I have 55k miles and going strong. It has never stranded us. Seems like a fair price. - CibeloExplorerThank you for your advice. I thought that I would have to replace tires so I drove the price down some. It will be just my wife, medium dog and I. We had a 28ft TT a long time ago so we are really new to RV life.

Seems to be excellent but it still has orig tires. They look good and have a lot of tread. I'm not sure if I should trust them. The. batteries are 2012. I am having an inspection done on major items.
You will need new tires. RV tires usually age out before they wear out.
As long as the batteries are working, use them. You may get another year or two, or you may need replacements.
Read The 12 Volt Side of Life, it will help you understand the batteries and 12 volt system.
I agree with Y-Guy, Hankook tires are an excellent choice. - Y-GuyModeratorI would not trust the tires. I have a 2007 Winnebago 35J which was a very similar floorplan. I looked at the 3276 before I saw the Winnebago. Nothing wrong with the Day Break when I shopped new, just felt the Winnie had better fit n finish. I replaced the tires about 2 summers ago, still plenty of tread but they were beyond the safe age range. I went with the Hankook tires. Batters totally depend on how they were stored and maintained. Good luck!

- gboppExplorerThe price seems decent. What is the condition?
