A 50/50 mix of coolant and water with a 16 psi radiator cap will not boil until about 250F. You can buy higher pressure caps, but I would not. You did the absolute best thing by SLOWING DOWN.
There are places that will custom make radiators so you could get a bigger one, but it will be BIG $$$$ !
