We have a 2005 Jayco Greyhawk 30GS. It has been a great coach. We bought it because we believed it was a good quality unit. We have had no major problems with it (knock on wood). I don't want to jinx myself! Just normal maintenance and wear. Patch the roof when cracks develop in the sealant, replace vinyl inserts that cover the screw holes because they shrank and pulled out of the track, caulking, etc. I would recommend Jayco. Just be sure to check it our carefully to make sure the previous owner took care of it. We only get about 4-5 years out of the Michelin tires before they have to be replaced due to weather checking. It may be time for tires...just look them over carefully. If it is within the 5 year warranty still Michelin will pro-rate the tires and cover under warranty if the problem is bad enough. They did on my first set of tires. Good luck with it!
