Just purchased this unit. How's the maintenance? What issues might I face? Thanks.

Summrbrzz, we had the same issue with the bathroom window and the window in the driver's side slide not locking (behind the driver when slide closed). If you have the same windows that we had, they can be screwed in to the frame too tight which makes them not lock.
If you have the option of two electric elements with your Aqua Hot, you can heat the interior by using those two elements and not turn on the burner (if it's not too cold out--- mid 40's). You might can find a window screen at a RV salvage yard.
