2008 Tiffin Phaeton 36 QSH: Any Issues?

I'm aware of the 3 "house" issues. Roof-to-side "caps" (aka rails) cracking, wet bay (replace plywood w/plastic) and drivers slide potential leak affecting floor. First 2 were fixed, 3rd inspected and OK.

Looks like a few minor chassis issues and one serious but easy-to-check/fix chassis issue (steering bolts potentially over-torqued).
I'll report back if the purchase goes through.
