Ok think I may have found our Coach. Appreciate any and all advice. Its a 2009 Winnebago Adventurer 38n Its on 24k Workhorse Chassis with 21000 miles. Clean in and out. Only option is satellite. Will need tires as they are coded 07 and 08. Asking 90k. Has the basement A/C-Heat. Sold new in Iowa, recently from Florida. I am purchasing it in Mesa Az. Thanks for all replies.....

Good Luck with your new coach I have a 2004 Adventurer that I bought new and have had very little problems with it. There very solid coaches and I'm sure you will enjoy it.

90k is way too much. Is it at a dealership or private party? I would offer 65, you can always go up, but not down!

Bumpyroad, it did just arrive from Florida to Arizona. Was there probably the last year. Not sure beyond that. Good thought though....guess I need to keep that in back of my mind as I check it out today.....thank-you

Good Luck with your new coach I have a 2004 Adventurer that I bought new and have had very little problems with it. There very solid coaches and I'm sure you will enjoy it.

tires with only 21K coded 07 and 08 are good for a long time assuming there not worn weird or full of sidewall cracks
personally I think 90K is too much

We purchased our new to us 1999 Adventurer for far less than what yours is being offered for. It is indeed a solid coach, but keep checking I think you can get a better price.
We just finished our first trip with ours, and the only issue we had was a drawer under the dinette wouldn't stay closed while we were traveling.

You could check out the VIN and see what the history of the vehicle is. Talk to the previous owner(s) too.

Does this have the Parking brake you apply with a button? - an Auto Park. These can be problematic. We had MANY issues with ours on a 2007. Loved Winnebago, not so mush the parking brake system.

Way too much money for this I purchased a 35 ft new 2008 Winnebago Voyage in 2009 (last years model) for 95K

Check NADA (not 100% accurate)and offer about 65K as the above suggested. My advice would be to not pay more than 75K unless they put everything new and change all fluids and filters. Then not much more, maybe 80K.
