LOL. Sorry, I didn't see the "2009". LOL. my bad. I think it's a good deal, but I would still haggle with them, when it comes to these things, financial institution get desperate and don't want to sit on it too long. Plus what does it hurt if you offer 33K, all they can say is "No" and make a counter offer.
