You might try posting your problem on The RV Forum Community at RV Forum.net/SMF_Forum/Index at the Winnebago Specific Issues. John Canfield is the Moderator on this web site and usually has a good connection to the Winnebago factory. He may have some other suggestions for you on getting better help from the Factory. But as has been stated, Be Nice. You can get more flies with sugar and vinegar.
But I certainly feel your pain. I have a 2004 Meridian that I purchased new and now has over 50,000 miles. I take 2-3 long trips a year and on each one something (1 or more) has to be fixed while on the trip or after getting back home. I'm about ready for a new coach and after reading of your and other Poster's problems I know which Make won't be on my short list. Previously to this coach I owned 2 Fleetwoods a total of 10 years and didn't have a fourth the problems with both of them combined that I've had with this one Winnebago product. I had always thought of Winnebago as the top of the list as far as quality is concerned, wonder what has happened to them.
