Thanks, but I have exhausted each effort to make an appointment with the factory. I went so far as to offer to "pay" all expenses to get there. The Factory service rep denied the request as he said it would not accomplish anything.

I think it is a last resort and based upon my knowledge of others who have tried this approach, it is furitless.

Exactly, but it is full. There is so little space in the top of the tank, I think the little which would top it off to be offsetting the problem. I can be driving down or up I 75 or 95 and the alarm will go off. It runs its course then shuts off only to do it again during the same leg of the trip. Email to PowerGear referred me to the dealer who said PowerGear has no clue what is causing this who . . . .and so on.
Frankly, we love the layout. . .and its ambiance is pleasing to the eye. The sofa which failed three times (see original post) has been replaced with two Stressless Euro recliners. I did a dumpster routine with the sofa to save any others from the same grief. Turns out the sofa is a Winnie produced proprietary item.
Thanks everyone. . .keep the cards and letters coming. Perhaps one or more of you will strike a cord which leads to satisfaction of repairs. Warranty is up July 20, 2012.
BTW, we have two grey 3" id hoses which terminate (one in the water service bay and the other in the RF forward compartment which blow cold air (A/C) and NO ONE has a clue why they are there and why they blow cold A/C.
