So sorry to hear of the troubles with your coach. And I thought Winnie had a good rep for customer service and satisfaction.
It seems that all makes have a lot of problems right off the showroom floor. This is why I would never buy a new coach of any make. I have just read way too many stories like this. If I ever trade up it will be a 2 or 3 year old coach, after someone else has worked through all of the problems.
