2011 is a nice unit. It has the TV that retracts in the bedroom, and the sides of the slides were not painted to match the body paint. I think the bedroom was carpet rather than the tile option. Gas stove instead of electric, but a nice D450 aquahot. They are correct on the slides.
Price doesn't sound bad to me - They seemed to run around $200 to even $250 when we were looking last winter, but usually with less miles.
If its in good shape, you should enjoy it! I suspect tires have already been replaced.
