That price probably not too bad if coach is in great condition and there is evidence of proper maintenance. 60K miles in a 5 - 6 year old coach means it was used and did not sit which is a good thing if it was maintained properly.
$175K is about in the middle of NADA Average and Low retail. I would certainly expect dealer to put new tires on it, new batteries.
We bought an extended service plan when we bought our coach used in 2013. It was from Cornerstone, it was not terribly expensive and it has paid for itself in 3 years. Just be careful on an ESP... some are not bad, some are terrible. Shop carefully on those.
