2013 Tiffin Phaeton 40' Empty Weight ???
Can anyone tell me the Empty Weight on a 40QKH or similar Tiffin 40'. Just asking the empty weight (which I cannot find) so I can find the CCC...the old CCC that was the amount of stuff you could put ...

Thanks, I tried that and various other places but cannot come up with the empty weight. In 2016 they upgraded the rear axle from 21,000 to 24,000 (2012 Highway Bill allows 24K axle weights for MHs) as with all electric and AquaHot the CCC was getting very low.
I recently found a post that the empty weight is around 31,000 and doing the math that comes up with a CCC of 2,000 lbs but the coach my friend is looking at has the Res Refrigerator and not sure about A Hot so it could be even less.
