Thank you everyone for your input. I love our motorhome and do not want this experience to deter us from getting another one. I love our Navion and realize that things can happen and hopefully our next experience with be painless. Our service guys at mercedes benz in Southern California were awesome. I never had to pay for a rental to use to get back to Santa Barbara. Always gave me a new mercedes to use for a loaner. This whole thing has perplexed them too and they are happy for me that MBUSA is buying it back.
