Trace the cables. One of them will go to the frame, that is the ground. Check continuity between it and the other cables. If any show continuity with no resistance, they MAY be ground also. Any not showing continuity, or with a high resistance, are hot wires.
If the holes in the lugs are different sizes, that is a hint that they go on different lugs.
Once you get them identified, wrap red electrical tape around each of the hot wires.
