MM: Most Cummins shops are not factory owned. They may sell and service trailers, fire trucks and more. But most will certainly work on your engine. More than I can say for some Navistar and Cat shops that will NOT work on MH's. Check out this link for Cummins shops that will even do some "house" repairs to your unit.
