I have found that there are 'Cummins Coach Care' shops like in Kansas City, MO. They specialize in RV's/motorhomes and I have used them a couple of times making the repairs that I needed (a new heater hose and coolant box) plus, regular maintenance. I planned my trips so that the timing was right to stop at Cummins Central Power in Kansas City, MO.
In Memphis, we have just a regular Cummins shop that gave me a little grief on lubing my Roadmaster chassis.
